Our award-winning premium EVOO is cold-pressed, small-batch, and sourced from a family harvest in Tanbourit, South Lebanon. The farmers we work with have nourished their groves for hundreds of years—and through generations. We’re proud to partner with them for Toon’s very first harvest. This olive oil was pressed in October 4, 2024 at the beginning of the season. Our 2024 harvest early-press EVOO won GOLD at the Canada International Olive Oil Competition- recognized for its exceptional freshness, balance and purity.
Hand-picked early in the season and pressed within hours, this olive oil is robust, fruity, and fresh. Our olive oil is made from Baladi olives, an indigenous variety grown on ancestral trees, hand-harvested and naturally adapted to the land for generations.
With an acidity of less than 0.55%, this premium olive oil is balanced, buttery, and light - with a smooth finish that makes it perfect for drizzling, dipping, or finishing any dish. Drizzle it on labneh, dip it with bread, or finish any dish or salad with a golden touch.
