Our shipping rates depend on where you’re located in Canada:
• Toronto & GTA (local delivery): $8
• Ontario (outside GTA): $12
• Quebec & Manitoba: $14
• Alberta & Saskatchewan: $18
• British Columbia: $20
• Remote & Northern regions: $25
Free shipping thresholds:
• Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $100
• Rest of Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150

• Toronto & GTA: delivery usually takes 3–5 business days
• Rest of Canada: delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your province and carrier delays
Please note: November and December are our busiest months, and shipping carriers experience delays nationwide. Your order may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
If you need a rush order, please email us at info@toonfoods.com - we’ll always do our best to accommodate. If your order is already placed and you’re worried about timing, reach out and we’ll take care of you.

We work with local delivery partners in the Toronto and GTA. Pickup is in progress and we are working on providing an accessible pickup location in the GTA.

Since we sell food items, we don’t accept returns. But if something’s off, email us at info@toonfoods.com and we’ll make it right.

EVOO: Store in a cool, dark place
Molasses: Refrigerate after opening
Makdous: Keep in a cool, dark place. Once opened, use within 10 days if immersed in oil

Absolutely. Everything is small-batch and packaged with love. Add a note at checkout and we’ll include it in the box.
