Refund policy
At Toon, everything we carry is small-batch and sourced with care, often in limited quantities. That means once something’s gone, it might not be back for a while! Because of that, we do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order—but if something didn’t go as expected, here’s how we handle returns:
Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@toonfoods.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We cannot process claims submitted after this timeframe.
Conditions for Return
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
• Perishable or refrigerated items must be kept properly stored (refrigerated or in a cool, dark place) before being returned. We reserve the right to decline a return if products were not stored correctly.
• We do not accept returns on any final-sale, discounted, or limited-edition seasonal items, unless damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
• We do not offer refunds.
• All approved returns will be issued as store credit, equal to the full purchase price of the item.
• Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future Toon purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Processing Time
• Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 2 business days.
