At Toon, we do things small-batch and with a whole lot of love - so when you place an order, we want to make sure it gets to you safe, sound, and as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We’ve recently updated our shipping structure to reflect real carrier costs while keeping delivery accessible across Canada.

Rates are based on your region:

Ontario: $10

Quebec & Manitoba: $14

Alberta & Saskatchewan: $18

British Columbia: $20

Remote & Northern Regions: $25

Free Shipping Thresholds

Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $100

All other provinces: Free shipping on orders over $150

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order total.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

We hand-pack every order from our Toronto warehouse.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During busy periods — especially November and December — processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:

Toronto & GTA: usually 3–7 business days

Ontario (outside GTA): usually 4–8 business days

Other provinces: usually 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Weather, regional carrier delays, and holiday volume may extend delivery times by up to two weeks.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your order all the way home.

Delays, Damages & Delivery Issues

We do our best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is:

Delayed: Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee shipping times once a package is with the carrier.

Lost or damaged: Please reach out to us at info@toonfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue if applicable—we’ll do our best to make it right.

Storing Your Order

Some of our items are best kept cool and dark—just like your favorite aunt’s pantry. Please read the storage instructions on each product to know whether it requires refrigeration.
