Gold-Award Winner at the 2026 Canada International Olive Oil Competition.

Cold-pressed. Small-batch. Single-origin. Early-harvest. | 500ml

Our award-winning extra virgin olive oil comes from a family harvest in Tanbourit, Southern Lebanon, where the farmers we work with have cared for their groves for generations.

Pressed on October 3, 2025 at the very beginning of the harvest season, this early-harvest EVOO was recognized with GOLD at the Canada International Olive Oil Competition in both 2025 and 2026 for its freshness, balance, and quality. Hand-picked and pressed within hours, it is made from Baladi olives, an indigenous olive variety grown on ancestral trees and naturally adapted to the land. The result is a buttery, fruity, and fresh olive oil with a smooth finish and a light peppery note.

With an acidity of less than 0.39%, our olive oil is carefully lab-tested for quality and purity. The groves are grown using traditional, natural methods and are not sprayed with chemical pesticides.

Drizzle it over labneh, dip it with warm bread, finish salads, roasted vegetables, fish, eggs, soups, or any dish that deserves a golden touch.

This is a limited annual harvest. Once this batch sells out, it will not be available again until the next harvest season.
