Sourced from a family harvest in Tanbourit, South Lebanon, this premium EVOO is made from indigenous Baladi olives grown on ancestral trees and hand-picked early in the season before being pressed within hours.
This olive oil was pressed on October 3, 2025 and comes from the same harvest that earned Gold at the Canada International Olive Oil Competition, recognized for its freshness, balance, and purity.
With an acidity of less than 0.39%, it is balanced, buttery, fruity, and fresh, with a smooth finish and a gentle peppery note.
