Our most requested product is finally here. Introducing our Early Harvest Green Olives: harvested at the very beginning of the season for their signature small size, firm texture and bold, slightly bitter flavour.

Sourced from the same family harvest as our olive oil in Tanbourit, South Lebanon, these olives are grown and hand-picked by the Hage family, who have cared for their groves for generations. Made from the indigenous Baladi olive, a variety deeply rooted in the land, these olives reflect the true character of traditional Levantine harvesting.
Picked early while still green and naturally cured, these olives are crisp, vibrant, and slightly bitter - just as they’re meant to be. They are simply packed with water, olive oil, lemon, and salt, with no preservatives, allowing the quality of the fruit to shine through.
These are not your typical soft, overly processed olives: they’re fresh, bold, and full of character. We grew up eating them across Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Jordan and we know you will love them too!
Enjoy them as part of a mezze spread, alongside labneh and bread, paired with your favourite cheese, or straight from the jar.
Note: Because these olives are all-natural, preservative-free, and hand-picked, they may vary in size, color, and appearance, with some natural discoloration. This is a reflection of their authenticity and traditional preparation. Olives are sold with the pit.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and ensure olives remain submerged in liquid. Best consumed within a few weeks of opening.
