The result is a buttery, fruity, and fresh olive oil with a smooth finish and a light peppery note.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eWith an acidity of less than 0.39%, our olive oil is carefully lab-tested for quality and purity.
